Unpasteurized golden lager. Handcrafted at the independent family brewery of Valmiermuiža manor. In the full-bodied handcrafted brew taste of bread, malty sweet biscuit complemented with velvety bitter notes of noble hop. Best enjoyed with traditional Latvian cuisine.

150ml, sample tray at Valmiermuiža Alus Tirgotava. Bright, warm golden body, covering white head, dotted spots. Pale malty aromas, hint of ripe fruits, quite promising. Clean but subdued taste of bread-like malts and herbal hops. Ripe malt-fruity endnotes. Fair enough. (Riga, 09.11.2025).

50cl bottle from Vynoteka, Ādaži. Pours clear golden with a white head. Grainy aroma with bready notes, hints of hay and some slightly fruity notes as well. Moderate to medium sweet with fairly low flavour intensity and ditto bitterness.
