(Bottle 75 cl) Nr. 37 Pours a beautiful, clear dark brown with a warm, orangey glow. Creamy, beige head. Malty, lightly burned nose. Full-bodied, lots of hard roasted malt, almost lightly burned flavours and a vague ashy edge. Has an underlying sweetness but still manages to end fairly dry. Comes rather close to a Stout in style. 170406

Dark brown color. Aroma of malt and some hops; olde English stuff. Malty, with a lot of caramel; not too complex but well blended.

[Bøgedal nr. 37] A hazy red-brown beer with a huge brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of caramel and malt. The flavor is sweet with light notes of straw and burnt malt, leading to a dry and roasted end.
