BRISTOL CRAFT BEER FESTIVAL 2021 - OFFICIAL BEER
This beer is a four-way joint effort that celebrates the joy of sharing ideas and creating collaboratively.
The New England style Pale Ale is brewed with Xawaash, a Somali spice blend mixed by local chef and scholar Fozia Ismail of Arawelo Eats. We love the way the complex, tropical fruity hop flavour is invigorated with vibrant spicing from cardamom - the shining light in Fozia’s Xawaash recipe.
Suitable for vegans. Store and serve chilled.

440ml can from Redland Stores, Bristol. Hazy gold in colour, with a slight, white, head and moderate carbonation. Pineapple sweetness, tangerine, grapefruit sharpness, floral hops, some pleasant cardamom spicing, leading to a dryish finish, with a lingering, floral edge. Excellent.
