Salvation is the traditional one, but doesn’t really come across as traditional. It’s light, refreshing, semi-sweet. This is not thick and cloying as some might fear, but moreish, sophisticated and summery. Serve chilled.

Gravity pour at Steel City Beer Festival '24 - clear pure gold body, no head. Crisp rich ripe apples all the way through, sweet syrup, honey? Yes, but not overpowering. Like an ice-cider, but richer in its flavours. More than impressed.
