Clear golden blonde, carbonation evident, topped with a lasting white head.
Nose is clean crisp malts, grass, herb, straw, toasted grains.
Taste comprises hedgerow, pale malts, lemon nip, straw.
Medium bodied, light prickly carbonation, semi drying close.
Passable for the style.

On keg at Tap at No 76 in Ashby-de-la-Zouch - clear golden body, little white top. Grassy character, slightly dry hoppy taste, decent enough.

Keg at the Queens Road Tap, Leicester. Gokden, clear and flat. Grassy aroma with some hay notes. Sweet taste with an acrid note midway through and a dry finish. Gluey reainous notes in the aftertaste. Passable but certainly hard to get excited about.
