Brewed in collaboration with local group Beers Without Beards which aims to create safe spaces for women and non-binary folk to enjoy and learn about beers. Together we brewed a Dry-Hopped Stout for their annual Women In Beer Festival (WiB Fest) to raise awareness of diversity and inclusivity issues in the beer industry. Mosaic & Chinook hops give the beer notes of pine and grapefruit, to contrast with the treacle, chocolate & coffee undertones.

440ml can from Beermoth. Pours a very dark brown with a creamy off white head. Aromas & tastes of flora, grapefruit, pine, nuts, liquorice, earth, hops & roasted malt. Medium body. Dry finish. Highly enjoyable

On keg at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - deep brown to black and opaque. Off white head. Nose - Pine and chocolate cereal. Taste - dark chocolate, coco pops. Light roast. Palate - medium bodied with a sweet middle and a roasty finish. Overall - yep, solid stout or better.
