Beacon is a classic American-style brown ale. Pouring a deep brown with a punchy bitterness, balanced with an enjoyable malty sweetness. Bags of chocolate, nuts and coffee character are combined with a trio of classic US hop varieties, which bring aromas of pine and citrus fruit.

Cask @ Greystones, Sheffield. Brown with a creamy-frothy head. Crisp brown ale with grainy tasting and also aromatic malts.

On cask at Coach and Horses, Dronfield - Deep clear brown, thick white head. Slightly smokey nose, warming spicy taste, some coffee and sweet kick at the end.
