(Draught at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 30 Aug 2015) Pale amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, vegetal nose with citrus, peppers and chilli. Malty taste with notes of citrus, vegetables, peppers, chilli and a balanced citric bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Interesting, the chilli character is not very hot, but more vegetal. Quite nice.

Draft @ beer temple. Golden pour. Aroma of spices and some grain. Taste is very herbal and spicey at first, with some taste of grainy malt, then the chili kicks in with a mild afterburner. The spices remind me of wasabi nuts. Not bad, but I can only take small quantities of this.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours dark gold with a white head. Aroma is light chili notes; suddenly not so light. Med body. Flavor is pretty much chili, tho there seems to be a bit of fruit. The chili heat is persistent, but not overwhelming. Tasty, but might not be able to do a bomber at one sitting. Very nice.
