Soul Shine is a Belgian-style Pale Ale with an American twist. In addition to its 5.2% ABV, Soul Shine is generously hopped with a blend of American hops to give it a distinct aroma of citrus and tropical fruit. This light-bodied beer has a crisp palate and moderate bitterness, with a spicy finish of fruity esters from our Belgian yeast strain.

On draft at the Mad Fox Maibock Festival 2014. Pours a clear gold with a thick off white head. Light biscuit nose. Sweet caramel notes with a hint of citrus hops. Soft carbonation with a slight bitter finish.

Draft at Leesburg Flower & Garden Festival. Golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of citrus, floral and herbal notes. Tasting notes of grapefruit citrus, floral and herbal notes. Medium-light body with a dry finish.

Draft at the Leesburg Flower & Garden Festival. Poured a nice hazy golden amber color with a nice foamy white head. Aroma was notes of caramel, hops, with some light spicy hop character. Flavor was nice citrus, fruit notes, caramel character and some light yeast notes. Pretty tasty, easy to drink. Nice.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a thin frothy tan head. Fair head retention. Aroma of spicy yeast, citrus hops, caramel. The taste is pale malt, caramel, stone fruits, citrus and piney hops, yeast. Medium bodied, slight lingering bitterness. Solid.
