Can. RAD Beer. Dark straw colour. Light haze. Slim ring of white head. Nose has yoghurt. Mint. Cucumber. Some woody herb. Taste is dry, and lightly sour. Hint of milky sweetness. Dry and crisp on the palate. Fine and sharp carbonation. Clean, dry, and slightly sour finish. I suspect this’ll be the last beer I have from this brewer, so cheers!
