Cask. Kelham Island Tavern, Sheffield. Clear, light copper colour. Foamy, pale beige head. Nose has sweet, ginger biscuit malts. Jammy, spicy hop. Notes of baked orange. Taste is spicy bitter. Mouthfeel is a little slick and sticky. Medium body. Long, spicy bitterness to finish.
