Cask at the Brewpub. It pours clear deep amber with a decent off-white head. The nose is sweet toffee, caramel, wood, leather, raisin and fruit cake. The taste is bitter-sweet, caramel, chewy malt, leather, toffee, pepper, light resin and varnish with a dry finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Medium body and soft carbonation.
