Gravity at 41st Steel City Beer Festival - Cloudy amber body - like the "cocktail" a kid makes with unlimited soda refils - no head. Nose is sour fruits, cherries, gooseberries, a bit of sherry vinegar. Taste is sharp as expected, cleansing at the same time, but a bit cloying on the mouthfeel. Not getting much in the way of the promised brettanomyces but like Garrold says "One I’d like to see bottled and left a while".

Cask. Gravity dispense. 41st Steel City Beer Festival. Murky amber. No head. Aroma of stone fruit. Dried fruit. Sawn wood. Taste is crisp, light dry. Some acidity. Some fruit bitternes. Full body. Slightly oily. Finishes dry, and softly acidic. I’m missing any brett, other this being mellower than the other two versions I just had. One I’d like to see bottled and left a while.
