On gravity at 41st Steel City Beers Festival - Mimosa green shade of yellow body, thin white head. Nose is grassy, bit of fruity pepper, sweet herbiness about it. Taste hits you like a snake. Big venomous hit of spicy chilli. Everything else is washed away. Typical Steel City theatrics - they don’t fook about with half measures. Could still taste this the following day.

Cask. Gravity dispense. 41st Steel City Beer Festival. Hazy, green tinged, straw colour. Suds of white. Lovely, lemon sherbet and pink grapefruit hop. Hint of spice. And then I had a sip. The chilli heat is instant. Went straight into ear itching mode. Under that there’s some sweetness. There’s a soft bitterness, too, but I can’t hack this! For me this is undrinkable. Niche market beer!
