Blonde beer with a Pearl malt base blended with Oat malt. Clean fresh Grapefruit and Gooseberry on the mouth with a fresh citrus fruit nose.

On cask at Sheaf View, Sheffield - Hazy golden straw body, thin white top. Nose is sweet citrus, peaches and nectarines. Taste has a bitterness to it, but taking in the fruitiness of the aroma it isn’t too harsh. Finish is long and crisp. Good summer ale, ideal for sitting in the conservatory at the Sheaf on a Friday night... which is what I’m doing funnily enough.
