Birrificio Angelo Poretti 9 Luppoli IPA è una birra non filtrata ad alta fermentazione caratterizzata da uno speciale bouquet di luppoli che le donano un aroma agrumato e da un'abbondante luppolatura sia a fine bollitura sia a freddo per esaltare al massimo i profumi. Fra queste varietà di luppoli, i nostri mastri birrai hanno utilizzato anche il Cascade coltivato in Italia.

Can 330ml. [ As Poretti 9 Luppoli India Pale Ale ].Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light caramel, light vegetables, moderate hoppy, grass, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, fruity, old hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20151024]

Can @ Aarhus tasting. Clear amber with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and light hoppy. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 241015

F: nice white, quite long lasting head. C: amber clear. A: a hint of citrusy hops, malt, pine, white sugar. T: sweet malt, lack of fruity and citrusy hoppy tones, medium to low body, average carbonation, hint of cooked vegetables tones, for me one of the worst IPA I have ever had, I don’t recommend.

Bottle @ Sirmione, Lago di Garda. Pours dark golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, grass, white sugar, sweet fruit hops, light pine neddles. Flavor is malt, sugar, hops, alcohol. Medium to full body, average carbonation, light bitter finish with some alcohol. Feels alot stronger than the 5,9% ABV. 140815

33cl can from Coop outside Firenze. Pours clear deep golden with a modest, white head. Mild fruity and hoppy flavours with hints of citrus, pine and mild malty notes. Moderate to medium sweet with mild flavours and a somewhat light bitterness in the finish. Hardly interesting, but drinkable enough.
