Celebrating 125 years of Barnsley FC. Well balanced ruby coloured ale with plenty of berry fruit both on the aroma and taste.

500ml bottle - deep red body, thick white head, lacing quite well thank you. Mild malty nose, not very heavy, little fruit. Well rounded body, thick oily texture in the mouthfeel, but a little flat in the taste. A bitter ending, but nothing in the taste or aroma to make me want to go back for more. Acorn do much better than this. Very ordinary.
