Nitro draft pour at the brewery. Thick cream head with a rich chocolate aroma. Roasted coffee beans with a hint of vanilla cream. Roasted coffee and caramel finish. Very flavorful. Solid, very drinkable stout. Great job on this one.

Sample at the brewpub. Black pour with a medium thin and creamy light beige head that diminishes steadily to a film. Slippery patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of coffee and malt. Light body with a sweet roasty character and notes of mild coffee and chocolate malt. The finish is short and sweet with a chocolate aftertaste. Pretty average overall.

12 oz schooner at the brewery tasting room. Pour is nitro opaque black thick with a firm 1/2 inch tan head. Aroma of soft roast coffee, slight milk. Burnt toffee really faint in back. Taste is burnt malt, toasty and roasty. Creamy, and a bit milky. Palate is nitro silky, flat. Overall nice and tasty.
