Growler courtesy of bvc, poured into my .4l Kulmbacher Willebecher glass. Pour is cloudy hazy golden white. Big fluffy 3 inch white head caps the beer and is quite lasting. When it eventually falls, it leaves behind pretty lacing. Aroma of soft earthy banana, mineral clove yeastiness and nice grainy wheat. All very fresh. The banana fades fast. Taste is initially the earthy, grainy wheat which picks up a bit of a citric taste. The cove and banana are present as well, but behind the wheat. Finish is more of the mineral earthiness, ends with an almost flinty metallic which detracts some. Palate is medium, smooth and creamy. Despite having a bigger mouthfeel, it still goes down really easy like a good Hefe should. Nice one, thanks for thinking of me Brandon.
