Great to have Luke Una back again and we've pushed the boat out for this IPA. The whirlpool is chock full of citrussy Amarillo and we then dosed Mosaic Incognito directly into the fermenter for added oomph! Dry hopped hugely with an exciting combination of some of the most pungent hops we have at

Can at home in the garden, 4th august 23. Pours a hazy orange and a big white frothy head. Aroma is lemon and pithy citrus. Taste is bitter, marmalade and rind, floral, resin, long bitter linger. Really nice bitter rindy Ipa

Can from Eltham Wines. Cloudy orange pour with a white head. Mango, sweet citrus, peach & grapefruit aromas. Taste is tangerine, grapefruit, white pepper, tropical fruit. Bittersweet fruity aftertaste.

Can from the Vineyard, Belfast. Appearance - murky yellow. Big foamy white head. Nose - pineapple, mango and papaya. Taste - ripe melon, pungent mango and papaya. Pineapple and orange zest lurking at the back. Palate - close to medium bodied, creamy middle with a tangy bitter finish and a great linger. Overall - lovely stuff!

Can at home, from HOTM online, 03/07/23. Murky orange with a good sized off white covering. Nose is orange pith, grass, grapefruit, papaya, pine needle, resinous hop presence, dank spike. Taste comprises ripe tropical fruit esters, stoned fruits, guava, pine resin, papaya, hop spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with danko come resinous hop bitterness. Solid bitter leaning IPA.
