A colorful 16 oz can from a visit to a Total Wine in Las Vegas in February. My first tasting from the brewery, I’ll use my Buffalo Bayou snifter because it feels right. The pour is an opaque brassy orange followed with a proper cover of completely white foam. I smell citrus, some tropical and a bit of grain and hops. A drink now. Oranges right off, a moderate hoppiness, grapefruit, malt, white bread and limes. Fairly dry and it ends with a substantial bitterness. Not bad.

On tap at HUDL, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops, light resins, and sweet biscuity malt. Flavour is nicely hopped, with tangy hops, some citrus, and sweet biscuity malt. Tangy, bitter, pine cone finish. Solidly made.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of pine and earthy grass with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Flavor has pine up front with a bit of resin and light bready grains backing.
