We've been honing our technique for our DIPAs and this beer expresses everything we've learned so far: our signature grist incorporating large portions of wheat and oats, cryo-hops utilised during fermentation to accentuate biotransformation, plus a hefty two part post fermentation dry hop with T90 and BBC to complete the hop profile.

Hops: Mosaic, Galaxy, Citra.

Can at home, 1st October 2021. Pours a hazy yellow orange. Aroma is earthy citrus. Taste is earthy, onion, orange and citrus pith. Packs a punch and I like the earthy notes. Good stuff

Can. Beer Stop, Dronfield. Hazed up pale yellow gold. Messy, super sticky, lasting white foam. Nose has wheat and milky oats. Pithy citrus. Not too much in between, bar some pulped orange. Taste is sweet and milky, with a pithy, rindy bitterness. Fairly smooth mouthfeel drinks easy at the ABV. Lingering pithy bitterness to finish.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of mango and orange. Flavour of grapefruit and peppery earth. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. This is just brilliant. It’s packed full of hops and drinks as easily as a beer of half the ABV.
