Bottle. from Kvickly. Frothy White good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Slightly gushing. Moderate malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. Nice citrus/lavender(coriander?) notes. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. Nice one.

Bottle. Pours hazy pale yellow with huge white head. Aroma is malt, cloves, nutmeg, milk, dust and flour. Taste is light sweet, light bitter and light acidic. Body is oily with fizzy carbonation. Finish is long and mostly bitter and acidic with notes of sparking water with lemon, cloves, chili, bread, dust, banana and yogurt. Nice but no Christmas notes.

Bottle 500ml. [ As Midtfyns Holm Wheat Christmas ].Clear light to medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, citrus, spicy, witbier yeast, coriander. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, citrus, coriander, witbier yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20151024]

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy straw with airy, rocky but stable white head. Clear aroma of hops amd fruit, with estery and malty notes and herbal touches. Bitter, hoppy flavour with sweetish notes of yeast, fruit (orange peel?) and malt and touches of pepper and coriander. Fluffy mouthfeel. Bitterish and corianderlike afteraste. Okay for the style but rather airy.

Bottle, 5.6%. Mild coriander aroma, slightly citric, almost bretty. Cloudy golden colour. Very big, semi-stable rocky white head. The flavour is citric and slightly funky. Has coriander and orange peel. After a few sips the initial funk seems to be gone, but it is not a perfectly clean wit. Not that a wit has to be perfectly clean. Semi-tannic bitterness in the finish, but no more than can be tolerated.
