Bottle at home, 23rd January 2021. Pours golden, clean and clear. Aroma is apple, funk, barrel, farmyard, fruit. Taste is brett, apple skin, funk, tart and vineous. Very refreshing and a nice drink

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Clear yellow. Oak, wine, fruitiness, funk, brett, dry, light sourness, bitterish note in the finish.
