Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso propende per il luppolo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata, permanendo in maniera è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine, con carbonazione abbondante. Il liquido è di apparenza opalescente. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è molto elevata e la durata è buona e duratura. Il gusto è piacevolissimo. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il finale è amarognolo, pulito e complesso. Il retrogusto è intenso. Il tetto della bocca porta note di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, pino, agrumi, pompelmo, arancia e ananas.

Bottle: Poured a coppery with a white lacing head. Aroma is yeasty, citrus, fruity. Taste is same with loads of yeast, fruit, citrus, soapy.

50cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours hazy dark gold, opaque, with good amount of white foam, remaining as irregular and scarce. Aroma is hoppy, piney, resinous, a little citrus too. Body is slightly above average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is markedly bitter. Final is pretty long and bitter.

Bottle in the mountains in Sicily, 2nd August 2020. Pours a dark orange. Aroma is candied orange and fruit, caramel. Taste is full bodied, caramel, orange in candy, musty, earthy, bittersweet. Delicious IPA
