Draft. Pale golden beer with a cream head. Spice and yeast aroma. Spice and yeast flavor with light fruity esters. Medium bodied. Spice and yeast linger with light friuty esters and a bit of funk.

In Ri De Bastoni, Taormina, 2nd June 19. Pours yellow and hazy. Aroma is yeast, citrus, farmyard. Taste is refreshing, citrus, farmyard. Really good

From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours fairly haze with fluffy white foam, not very finely grained. Aroma is hay and spices, some citrus and a alcoholic feeling too. Body is a little light, with lots of carbonation, feeling very fresh. Taste is a nice combination of sweet (in the beginning), bitter, and spicy. Finish is short and clean.

On tap @Bir&Fud (Rome). Dorata, torbida, schiuma bianca medio-leggera. Al naso leggrra spaziatura, scorza di limone, erbaceo. In bocca è discretamente equilibrata, ma le manca spunto, risultando un po' timida e priva di personalità. Corpo medio, inferiore alle attese, carbonazione medio-bassa. Così così...

Tap at Luppolo Station in Rome-Italy. Cloudy yellow/golden pour, white medium-low foam. Nose: esters, sweet maltiness. Mouth: easy peppery notes, watery, esters mouthfeel.
