Glass, 2-ounce, bottle during the Mondial de la bière, savoured on June 14 2017; eye: dark brown, opaque, ring of beige head, slight lacing; nose: tea, hay, roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, anise; mouth: tea, hay, roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, anise, bittering hos, tea tannin, finale in tea with presence of roasted malt, full body, average carbonation, mildly bitter, lightly sweet, tannic texture; overall: correct

Bottle at home from La Cave a Bulles, 31st March 18. Pours black, limited head. Aroma is sweet and roasty. Taste is sweet, some dark chocolate, a little roasty bitterness. Palate is too thin for the style, as I feared. It's OK.
