Birra chiara speciale, puro malto 100%. Prodotta in Italia con metodi Artigianali. Non pastorizzata e non filtrata, ad alta fermentazione e rifermentata in bottiglia. Birra Speciale di colore chiaro, dai riflessi d’oro intenso. I lunghi tempi di fermentazione e di maturazione esaltano la componente aromatica delle materie prime. Il gusto pieno e poco fruttato la rende apprezzata anche dai palati più esigenti.

Bottle on balcony at La Plumeria, Cefalu, Sicily, 4th April 16. Pours an attractive beer, some lacing and a nice head. Aroma is bitter, metallic, yeast and slight funk. Taste is spice, yeast, quite bitter, refreshing and a better beer than the Chiara
