Una American IPA, ambrata, moderatamente alcoolica, schiuma bianca e fine, dalla luppolatura subito evidente e pronunciata al naso che richiama frutta tropicale, agrumi e sentori erbacei. Una leggera nota tostata è data dal malto utilizzato per attribuire alla birra l’invitante colore ambrato. In bocca il malto è evidente e ben equilibra l’amaro, donandole complessità ed eleganza. Il finale secco pulisce bene il palato e la rende sorprendente per la facile bevibilità.

Bottiglia. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è scarno. L'amaro è contenuto. Il tetto della bocca riconosce impressioni di cartone e cenere bagnata.

Articioc Pita IPA 5.7%. light hazy gold, citrusy with medicinal pine notes. Very herbal flavor, seriously bitter, not for the faint hearted or the neipa focused. 6, 3, 6, 3, 11.

bottle light amber cloudy very rocky head yeast fruity bit citrus medium dry raw ambrato scarico torbida schiuma molto abbondante grossolana buona persistenza lievito fruttato filo agrumato secchezza media discreto amaro ruvida non molto pulita
