We brewed this beer with a thoughtful blend of Golden Promise, some crystal malts and invert sugar; hopped it gently with First Gold and Fuggle; and fermented it with one of our favourite ale yeasts. It has notes of caramel apple, almond pastry, dried dates, and some nice bread.

A golden ale with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy British hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy British hops, light cereals, light mineral notes, pleasant and smooth. On tap at brewery.
