Last of my Eisbock-Week. 0,75 l bottle purchased at their booth at Fisch & Feines 2024, Bremen. A darkest brown in the glass, only reddish edges. Small light beige head. Intensive malty fruity aroma, dried plum, caramel, some resin. Taste starts dark fruity with dried plums and berries. Resin, some wood elements, caramel. Yes, also sweet and sticky. Very balanced, hidden alcoholic. Really nice one.
