On tap at Pivovarsky klub, Prague. Clear dark copper with creamy off white to tan head. Butter, flowers, dried fruits. Strawberry jam, creamy, medium body, full taste. Malty finish, dried fruits, raisin. Very nice, aromatic, full and complete ale.

Bottle 1000ml. PET. [ As Pacov Belgičan 15° Abbey Ale ].ABV: 5.8%. Unclear medium golden amber color with a huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, caramel, funky, moderate yeasty, belgium yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet yeast, funky, hop bitter, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150915]

Bottle, 5.8%. Unclear dark golden/brown with medium off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hops, citrus, brett, . Flavour is malt, fruit, caramel, yeast, brett, hops, little dry, little lemon, little sweet, citrus and medium bitter.

Bottle @ Home. Pours dark golden with offwhite head, light floaties. Aroma of malt, caramel, little brown sugar, dark fruit, hops. Flavor is light sweet, rather bitter, malt, yeast, fruit, berries, bitter hops. Thin to medium body, lively carbonation, dry and bitter finish. 150915

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Hazy golden with a big and lasting white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, light fruity and moderate hoppy - grass. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 150915

Appearance: Hazy amber color. Long lasting, beige head.
Taste: Fruity, medium sweet, earthy hops.
Palate: Bitter finish.
Overall: Unbalanced. More like EPA. Weird English-Belgian combination.

Tap at 2. Zahoracky pivny festival. Aroma fruity, some caramel. IMO lacks some complexity. Deep amber colour. Taste is bitter right from beginning, rough earthy quality. Belgian only in name, not a hint of any belgian quality in this one.
