(Draught at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels, 19 Oct 2023) Pale yellow colour with no head. Fruity nose with apples, sour fruit and grass. Fruity, tart taste with notes of green apples, grass, citrus and a dry finish with a balanced acidity. Light to medium body, quite dry. Interesting. Fairly pale and thin, but tart and refreshing. Quite enjoyable.

Keg at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, 11/02/24. Almost clear pale yellow with a thin white cap that clears to a swirl. Nose is dusty apples, tannins, herb, vinous. Taste comprises apples doing their thing .... no motueka though, apple skins, tannins, light orchard wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Okay cider if a little thin.
