Gravity cask at Pigs Ear '23, day two, 29/11/23. Amber with an off white cap. Nose is biscuit, herb, grains, bitter orange, straw. Taste comprises caramel wafer, toasted malts, orange peel, hedgerow, brown bread, earthy. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close spiked with earthy hop bitterness. Okay stuff.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2023, day 2 - London. Pours unclear golden brown with a bubbly, off-white head. Light to medium sweet flavour with lightly toasted malts, earth, biscuits, a little caramel. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Balanced finish, bit more toast, caramel, earth, grain. Tasty.
