Keg at Pigs Ear '23, day two, 29/11/23. Moderately hazed golden amber with an off white cap that retains well. Nose is malt forward, toasted grains, herb, fruit esters. Taste comprises tangy fruit rinds, raw edge, grains, hedgerow, straw, vague citric presence. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Really sub par for a keg number ... raw and twiggy.

Pigs Ear. KeyKeg. Hazy amber beer, small cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin malts, a thin sweetness. Esters in the mid. Okay ripe citrus fruits. Light pine and modest hop spice. Light semi dry finish. Inoffensive but a bit stodgy for a modern IPA.
