Cask-conditioned at the Llandoger Trow, Bristol August 2023. Golden in colour, with a slight, white, head. A touch of citrus hop, some tangerine character, rich tea maltiness leading to a moderately dry finish. Fine.

Cask at the Seven Stars, Bristol. Pours dark-ish gold with white foam. Aroma: grains, straw, hedgerow. Taste: light sweet & bitter, biscuit, caramel, straw, vague citrus. Medium body with soft carbonation.

Cask at the Hare On The Hill, Bristol, 06/10/23. Golden amber topped with an off white head. Nose is orange peel, straw, grains, hedgerow. Taste comprises biscuit, caramel, straw, faint citric peel. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Whilst not a complete write off it's a waste of calorie intake.
