Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 10/09/23. Deep mahogany brown with a beige cap that settles to a swirl. Nose is sweet malts, light raspberry notes, hint of white chocolate, sugars. Taste comprises white chocolate, booze, Creme Brulee, raspberry coulis, molasses. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light shmack of booze. Fun enough offering ... not overly sweet when it could have ran away a little and you can pick out both white chocolate and raspberries.

Panda, courtesy of SHIG, pours with a deep mahogany colored body that supports a thin light tan head of bubbles. The aroma offers up malts, brown sugar, a bit of caramel malts and then a mildly fruity to sort of candy soapy notes. The taste delivers smooth modestly sweet malts flowing into a bit of roastiness and chocolate malts. Toward the finish it becomes a little more caramel sweet mixed with malts increasing the experience enjoyment. Pretty solid offering.

Black with a medium sized foamy beige head. Sweet with toasty malt, strong chocolate and moderate berry. Somewhat boozy. Very long finish. Full bodied and smooth.
