Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 10/09/23. Black with a good sized khaki cap that thins edgewards. Nose is coffee bean, dusty red berry fruits, molasses, mellow roast, charr, strawberry jam. Taste comprises chocolate dipped strawberries, hint of perfume, modest coffee, brown sugar dusting. Medium plus bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light boost offered. Fun enough pastry ... 'massive amount' of coffee would make this better ... pretty modest amount for me.

Panda, courtesy of SHIG, pours with a deep dark colored body that has mahogany hued edges and supports a tiny ring of light tan foam bubbles. The aroma offers up various berry flowing into a thin layer of the chocolate used on cheap donuts and then even thinner layers of vanilla infused coffee. The taste is similar with a rush of various berry flavours flowing into sweetness marked by bit of chocolate and coffee. Another sip reveals a little more sweetened coffee and a bit of sugary malty booze. Interesting.

Can: Poured a marble brown with an off white to khaki head. Aroma is jelly, raspberry, coffee, chocolate, fruity, roasted malts. Taste is fruity, strawberries and raspberry mix almost jammy, roasted malts, coffee, chocolate.
