The aroma is soft, sweet - sour, bright, crunchy green apple, gooseberry, soor blooms, melon, white grape, white wine and dull barnyard. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, quite clean, tart, puckering, zingy, crunchy green apple, white grape, gooseberry, touch of tannin, apple skin and a muted nod to the farmyard. Finish is bone dry. Average body and spritzy, prickly carbonation. Nice one. Has a dry white wine vibe about it. Moreish.

Taste comprises apple skins, light orchard wood, tannins, straw, grains. Medium bodied, light prickly carbonation, semi drying close. Okay drop if a little stuck in 3rd gear.
