In order to give the East Coast version it’s characteristic haze and pungent aroma we used unmalted oats, fruity English ale yeast and dry hopped with over 16 grams of Centennial per litre.

Can at home, from Yards & Crafts online, 29/08/23. Moderately hazed orange golden with a decent lasting white head. Nose is orange zest, grass, soft malts, melon, light pine needle, papaya, mandarin. Taste comprises juicy tropical fruits, ripe pineapple, orange zest, melon, papaya, soft malts, mango kiss, perfume. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy hop bitterness. Easy drinking DIPA if a touch on the sweet side.
