Brewed alongside Oliver’s and After The Harvest, this is a crisp, vibrant and thirst-quenching hybrid of a classic Perry. With a delicate complexity from saison yeast and a light Simcoe dry hop, it was then aged for 4 years to bring out depth of flavour while retaining refreshing drinkability.

Keg at 73 Enid Street, 13/07/23 Golden pour with a just off white swirl. Nose is tangy citric peel, hay bale, light funk, orchard wood, pear drop. Taste comprises tangy pear, prickly cactus, barnyard tones, light yeast, straw, pissy twang, lemon rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a modest pucker. Solid well balanced saison.

On tap at 73 Enid St. Pours lightly hazed yellow gold with a thin white head that fades to lacing around the edge of the glass. Aroma is lots of barnyard funk, pears, white grape, bready notes. Taste is mellow barnyard funk, good hit of pear with a light sharpness, white grape notes, green apple and a hint of yeast. Really nicely balanced, mellow and easy drinking. Great stuff

Tap at 73 Enid Street. A light hazed petrol yellow straw coloured pour a lively white froth that fades to a whisp. Aroma is nice unique, green berries, pineapple, gooseberry, woody funk midget gems. Flavour is composed of semi sweet soft wheat, green pear, mellow rustic funk, barrel staves, oak, apple,. Palate is semi sweet, mellow easy going carbonation. Semi drying finish.. Quite unique lovely mellow funk.
