Banana, Caramel, Chocolate
Brewed with German malts we combined pale and pilsner malt and added some caramelized malt and a touch of chocolate malt. We then used a German ale yeast strain that gives the beer a cloudy appearance and aromas of bananas and light spice. This beer is a dark and maltier version of a hefeweizen.
