Bottle at NK Baren, Stockholm. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma and taste of passionfruit, light apples and light malt. Low bitterness and sourness. Quite refreshing.

Bottle at 2015 Sweet & Sour.Cloudy wheat dough to pale straw yellow color, small white head. Tropical fruits, hoppy scent. Tropical fruits, some vegetal/cucumber, hoppy taste and aftertaste. Fizzy mouthfeel, very low bitterness.

Draught at Beer Ditch, Malmö. Hazy, pale golden colour with a thin, white head. Sour aroma with lactic notes, citrus and pale malts. Taste is lightly sour. Light to medium body with a creamy texture. Finishes dry and lactic. Nice one.

Bottle courtesy of tkrjukoff. Pours hazy pale yellow with a small frothy white head that doesn’t leave much trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is tiny fruity with crackers, lemon juice, yoghurt, grapefruit juice, pineapple, moist grass, dry soil, minerals and lemon zest. Taste is tiny sour, slightly bitter, slightly fruity and slightly grassy. Mouthfeel is dry, tiny tart and light bodied. Finish is tiny sour with crackers, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, yoghurt, hay, dry soil and lemon zest. Not sour enough I think and a bit grassy, chlorophyll-centered, in the dry-hopping.
