Can from Dasha: brown with small head. Aroma is malty, malty, straw, some possibly edible berries. Low carbonation. Kind of sweet. Sort of a vague Christmas thing going. Not your standard beer, but not that great either.

Panda, courtesy of SHIG, pours with a slightly murky deep gold with a copper hued colored body that supports a tiny white head. The aroma offers up all sorts of vinegar, woody barrel character and then a thin vague wine like sensation. If I think about cherries I can just sense them. The taste delivers a nice even balanced flavor. I get equal amounts of mild vinegar and red wine flowing into an increasing woodiness and mildly tart cherries. At times it ends with a sense of bready sweet malts peaking from behind the modest finishing tartness tinged with tannin like astringency. Solid offering. I'm digging it.

On draft at the source. Pours a clear pale mahogany, like watered down cola. Spicy herbal nose. Flavors include some white pepper in an overall mild bitter body.
