Keg at the Alvares taproom, Porto, 26/10/22. Black with a tan cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is chocolate, charr, dark malts, umami, earthy fruits. Taste comprises charr, liquorice, spice, tar, dark malts, dried fruit rinds, chocolate. Full bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced kiss of alcohol. Decent enough old skook leaning impy.
