An outstanding example of a traditional German sour beer, bursting with refreshing citrus, delicate spice and a distinctive saline character. The palate is beautifully tart and crisp, with a gentle saltiness that adds complexity without overpowering the bright, fruity flavours. Subtle coriander notes bring an aromatic lift, while the lively carbonation keeps every sip incredibly refreshing. Exceptionally well balanced, distinctive and thirst-quenching, with a wonderfully dry finish. A genuinely memorable beer that delivers from the first sip to the last

Can on 712 heading South, thanks to the Wingman, 26/02/23. Almost clear light golden blonde with a thin white cap. Nose is lemon rind, herb, hedgerow, grains. Taste comprises lemon zest, pinch of salt, pale malts, grains, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a modest puckering kiss. Okay Gose.
