Adelie is our new Coconut IPA, a tropical take on the style fermented over hundreds of kilograms of toasted coconut. The nose is a burst of tropical aromas helped by the considerable amount of Mosaic hops added to this brew, whereas on the palate is a wonderful soft balanced bitterness with sweet coconut wrapping around. A summer beer for the colder days ahead.

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Pretty clear golden. Apricot popsicle, coconut, artificial, a bit sweetish, chemical, weird unpleasant bitterness.

Keg in Hop Lords, Worcester, 16/02/23. Clear golden with a decent lasting just off white head. Nose is mellow tropical fruits, coconut shavings, pineapple, orange peel, light perfume. Taste comprises sweet malts, pineapple, coconut shavings, pineapple, orange zest, floral notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with mellow hop bitterness. Okay if a touch on the sweet side.
