Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from the Bohemia Place market. Pours clear gold with a modest, foamy white head. Light sweet flavour, nice old leather, grass, lemon, light funk, earth, decent acidity. Light to medium bodied with delicate, massaging carbonation. Pretty clean finish, more leathery funk, grassy bitterness, lemony tartness. Nicely balanced. Solid.

Panda at home, post tasting thanks to Fergus and Dave for the muling, 08/02/23. Almost clear light golden to orange with a moderate white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is lemon tinged straw, funk, hay bale, toasted grains, hedgerow. Taste comprises stoned fruit esters, grass, funk, wood must, hay bale, sharp gooseberries, grape must, vinous, vanilla oak. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced acidic twinge. Okay sour but lacking depth and complexity.
