To craft this Dusseldorf-style Altbier, the brewers teamed up with their friends at Fast Fashion, and used German Pilsner, Munich, Crystal, and debittered black malts to create layers of complexity in the base. Meanwhile, whole leaf Hallertau Mittelfruh and Hersbrucker in the kettle impart sublime noble hop character to the sip.

Can from Tavour. Pours brownish mahogany with a large creamy beige head. Aroma of slightly roasty malt/toffee with notes of Noble hops. Fairly dry tho a bit malty. Not very bitter, but enough to balance. Good flavor.

16 ounce can from Tavour. Mahogany brown color. Frothy beige head leaves spotty lacing. Subtle toasted malt aroma has smoky, woody notes. Mild roasty malt flavor has an underlying sweetness. Finishes with nutty, earthy malty notes and spicy, herbal hoppiness. Tasty.
