An experimental twist on our ever popular Sabro Pale Ale. We added Mosaic in the dry hop, and conditioned on 20kg of apricot for a sweet fruity edge to pair with the unmistakable flavours of Sabro.

Keg at Xylo, Margate, 07/10/22. Hazed golden orange with a decent just off white cap. Nose is pineapple, lime leaf, grass, airy malts, lychee. Taste comprises soft tropical fruit esters, subtle lime, ripe melon, splash of stoned fruits, soft malts, papaya, apricot jam. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a gentle spike of Sabro laden hop bitterness. Decent easy drinking Sabro vehicle.
